Katya Rivas: I Do Things That Please the Father

The Medallion of the Apostolate of the New Evangelization

The Great Crusade Of Love

Extract #78

I Do Things That Please the Father and Many Times They Are Not Pleasing to Men

CL-78
15-Jan-96
Jesus

Life in union with Me is a continuous giving of oneself and the only way to not cease the giving is to receive from My hands everything that relates to the soul and body.

It would be good for each one of you to do everything without waiting for Me to give you the results of the actions; from the disappointments you suffer, you actually think you can extract the consequences of having erred. This is not always true. Many times the college student’s homework is also deprived of evaluation because the teacher gives it from time to time and not for each assignment. Therefore, it is evident that I do not treat everyone the same way and I manifest only what helps My beloved ones.

Let Me do My thing, each one of you is assisted by Me in a special way and to each one I offer the nourishment needed. Do you know what happens? That by force of searching, the creature discovers that this or that does not work and that such a thing is uncertain and something else is suspicious. So, between suspicions, they waste very precious time.

He who directs his soul towards Me, does not stumble on these things, because for him it is enough to have known from the point of departure that what he had to do was of My liking. Then if he has erred or not, it is My business to make him know it and it is evident that he will know it only if I want.

My students, learn from your Teacher because only He has words and eternal life. Learn from Me who said: I always do the things that please My Father and that many times do not please men.

He who imitates Me wants this, and this he always seeks: the Desire of the Father in the satisfaction of the Son and for the love of the Holy Spirit.

EDITOR’S NOTE: Starting Monday, 05 March 2001, in the first week of Lent 2001, Scoop began publication of a series of daily reflections on spiritual matters from Bolivian author Katya Rivas. Rivas, has received an official imprimatur from the Catholic Church for several books she says she was instructed to write by Jesus Christ, Mary and various Angels. Scoop’s extract, above, comes from Rivas’s book “The Passion”. In 1999 Katya Rivas was the subject of a top-rating documentary show hosted by Mike Willessee (see Scoop TV review - Jesus Christ Tells FOXNews He Wants To Hug World and Scoop Images ). More recently Rivas says she was instructed by Jesus to have her books translated and published on the internet with the intention of having the books distributed to as wide an audience as possible. Several of the books can now be read online at http://www.greatcrusade.org/, and more are coming soon.
