NEWSFLASH: Anti-GE Direct Action Begins |

Scoop understands that direct action against Genetic Engineering - expected in the wake of yesterday’s decision to allow contained field trials - has begun already with the occupation of the Environmental Risk Management Authority [ERMA] premises today by the aori Woman's Network against GE.
Earlier this morning a group called Green Gloves issued a statement saying they had 3000 volunteers ready and willing to take direct action against any genetic engineering experiments that are given the go ahead by ERMA.
