Scoop & Love

Dear Editor,

I absolutely love the premise of your media based website - Love.

More often than not, society feels that it needs to take a position on the political spectrum in order for their voices to be heard. Society feels the need to side with a politiical group of some sort because that is what we are conditioned to do. However, the process itself leads to an immediate conflict of political and personal values and beliefs, as a result we lose site of the one true belief that is really universal, Love.

I look forward to reading you articles. Keep up the fabulous work.

Peace,

Jacqueline Fayant

Sludge/World Belongs To Us

This is a response to "Arledge Hicks" who was kind enough to write to you from Texas espousing his view of the world. A world in which, apparently, everyone is subservient to the US and its energy demands.

Speaking as someone from Massachusetts, I can assure your gentle readers that most of us here in the northeastern part of the country are thoroughly embarrassed by Texas, Texans and the cowboy politicians that the state is so good at generating. In fact, we all secretly wish Texas could be returned to Mexico.

While we're at it, let's give both Mississippi and Louisiana back to the French. Hell, give them and the rest of the South to Quebec - they can all secede together.

Yours,

Phillip Boleyn
