PFP members pointed out that Premier You admitted that he was tipped of this attack as early as in the evening of 11 October.

If that was true, the government's intelligence work was extremely successfully and should be rewarded. However, if the government knew beforehand, why didn't it inform the thousand more Taiwanese holidaymakers in Bali?

Why it did not arranged the withdrawal of Taiwanese visitors or even arrange a special plane as soon as possible to take those Taiwanese visitors back. They should be scolded because of this. Li Chuan-chiao also believed that Taiwan should list Bali will as a high dangerous area.

Maybe some other Southeast Asian areas should also be listed as dangerous areas. Taiwan people should be temporarily advised against travelling to these places, and those staying there should be moved back home as soon as possible. Li cited the US as an example who already listed Bali and some other Southeast Aisan countries as dangerous areas and asked the government to follow suit.

Li Quan Jiao also questioned the government's failure to inform its citizens in Indonesia after being tipped of such incidents beforehand. He appealed the government to establish an anti-terrorist taskforce as such detonation event could happen anywhere in the world.

Li was also worried whether the Taiwanese citizens were hurt in this incident. He hoped the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Overseas Chinese Affairs Commission and Tourism Bureau should investigate into the current situation of the overseas Taiwanese.
