For the benefit of your readers, Ken Shirley is well aware that every time the Government offers the possibility of Question Time in the House during urgency, it is always ACT and ACT alone, that rejects the offer, on the ridiculous and mindless notion that as an Opposition party it is its duty to slow down legislation by whatever means it can - no matter what the quality of that legislation.
