Progressive deputy leader Matt Robson's Sale of Liquor (Youth Harm Reduction) Amendment Bill was this afternoon voted to go to Select Committee, with 78 M.P.s in favour, and a minority of 41 against with one abstention. Matt Robson said that the coalition government, and New Zealand society as a whole, need to "honestly examine" the costs and the benefits of the 1999 decision to lower the minimum legal alcohol purchasing age. Bolivia's Latest Revolution - Blow By Blow

    - As authentic journalist Claudia Espinoza said at midday, when we ran into each other in the middle of today's marches: "Once again, we have to write about thousands of marchers who shut down La Paz and clash with the police as they try to take Plaza Murillo." Well, exactly right... today, everyone again descended from El Alto into La Paz, this time with the addition of several contingents of miners. The miners numbered several thousand today, and arrived heavily armed with dynamite. See... Narconews: Today's Combat in La Paz, Bolivia [1] MORE:
