NEWSFLASH: Michael Jackson Found Not Guilty On All Charges

A fan's
autographed copy of Michael Jackson's 'Bad'King of Pop Michael Jo Jackson has been found not guilty on all charges of sexual assault against a minor in a Santa Barbara county California.

Jackson (46) faced the Santa Barbara County grand jury on 10 counts of molesting a teenage boy in early 2003. He also faced charges of plying the young cancer patient with alcohol in order to abuse him, and of conspiring to commit child abduction, false imprisonment and extortion.

The verdict was announced shortly after 9am this morning and carried live by most major media including Radio New Zealand's morning report. A promised radio feed from the court of the verdict being read did not eventuate.

The verdict read:

CHARGE: 1 Conspiracy
FINDING: Not Guilty

CHARGE: 2 A lewd act upon a minor child
FINDING: Not Guilty

CHARGE: 3 A lewd act upon a minor child
FINDING: Not Guilty

CHARGE: 4 A Lewd act upon a minor child
FINDING: Not Guilty

CHARGE: 5. A Lewd act upon a minor child
FINDING: Not Guilty

CHARGE: 6. Attempting to commit a lewd act upon a minor child
FINDING: Not Guilty

CHARGE: 7 Administering an intoxicating agent to assist in the commission of a felony
FINDING: Not Guilty

CHARGE: 7 Providing acholic beverages to a person under the age of 21
FINDING: Not Guilty

CHARGE: 8 Administering an intoxicating agent to assist in the commission of a felony
FINDING: Not Guilty

CHARGE: 8 (lesser offence) Providing acholic beverages to a person under the age of 21
FINDING: Not Guilty

CHARGE: 9 Administering an intoxicating agent to assist in the commission of a felony
FINDING: Not Guilty

CHARGE: 9 (lesser offence) Providing acholic beverages to a person under the age of 21
FINDING: Not Guilty
