This afternoon the Prime Minister Helen Clark faced a wide and varied smorgasboard of questions. Two of the topics that drew the most questions were the Government's new climate change initiatives that will be announced this Thursday and the Electoral Finance Bill. The PM drew the media's attention to the answers already given to TVNZ's Agenda program regarding the climate change queries. When quizzed about the Electoral Finance Bill the PM explained to various media representatives that legislation can undergo many changes through the Select Committee stages.
