Helen Clark speech "Opportunities for NZ's Future: Realising Youth Potential" "I stand before you early in my ninth year as Prime Minister, proud of what has been achieved on my watch, and looking forward to the challenges which lie ahead. In my speech today I have a major announcement to make about realising the potential of young New Zealanders to contribute to our economy and society. That’s critical for building on the considerable progress our country’s made in recent years."
