A week long Cluster Munitions multilateral diplomatic conference has taken place in Wellington at the Town Hall and is concluding with what NGO activists describe as a "strong text". This documentary introduced by Scoop but produced by the Cluster Munitions Coalition examines the real impact cluster bombs have on real people.
