AIAL Offer Closing: Auckland Council Votes
Against Airport Bid - Auckland City Council
today decided to vote against the bid made by the Canadian
Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) to purchase a 40 per
cent stake in Auckland International Airport Limited (AIAL).
The council had already voted against selling its 12.75 per
cent shareholding in the airport at its meeting on 28
February 2008 as per the council's Auckland Airport shares
policy. More

March 2007. There has been subdued growth in labour
productivity since 2000, averaging 1.1 percent annually.
