A small throng of Radio New Zealand listeners gathered outside Parliament Thursday to protest the Government’s funding freeze for the state-owned broadcaster. Wireless sets in hand, the hundred or so demonstrators cheered speeches by Labour State Services spokesperson Grant Robertson, United Future leader Peter Dunne and Green Party leader Russell Norman. Scoop was there.
