Connie Lawn: Obama’s Iraq Withdrawal Speech
President Obama talks to the world from the Oval Office at Prime Time tonight. It is far from the end of the Iraqi War, but it is the beginning of the end of the major U.S. combat presence, unless there is a dramatic reversal. Many of the surviving American combat troops go onto Afghanistan, or return home to police the drug wars along the Mexican - American borders. Connie Lawn gives us this audio report from the White House, as President Obama prepares to deliver his speech:
