New MPs Get Bills Drawn From Ballot |

The ballot for Members' bills was held today, with the following two bills being drawn:
Labour MP David Clark’s Holidays (Full Recognition of Waitangi Day and Anzac Day) Amendment Bill ; and
National MP Simon O’Connor’s Joint Family Homes Repeal Bill.
Both MPs are in their first term and their bills will be formally introduced when the House sits today.
