Nick Smith's ACC Whistleblower Support Letter On Ministerial Letterhead
Former ACC Minister Nick Smith has apologised for using his ministerial letterhead for a letter on matters relating to National supporter and friend Bronwyn Pullar's ACC claim. Smith described it as an "error of judgment".
Last year Pullar was accidentally sent details of thousand of ACC claimants. ACC has claimed she attempted to secure benefits in exchange for returning the information.
Prime Minister John Key has said he accepts Smith's apology.
