House Rises After Progressing EEZ Bill
The House rose at 10pm after it completed the interrupted second reading debate on the Exclusive Economic Zone and Continental Shelf (Environmental Effects) Bill.
The bill progressed by 64 to 57 with National, Maori Party, ACT and United Future in favour.
The committee stage of the Biosecurity Law Reform Bill was interrupted when the House rose.
It will sit tomorrow at 9am under extended hour provisions to consider a number of Treaty settlement bills.
