Government Makes Progress on Three Bills |

MPs wrapped up the week making progress on three bills this afternoon.
The third reading of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Amendment Bill was completed and Passed 63 to 57 with National, ACT, United Future and Maori Party supporting.
The second reading of the Local Government Act 2002 Amendment Bill was completed by61 to 59 with National, ACT and United Future supporting
The committee stage of the Legislation Bill was completed on a voice vote.
The House adjourned until November 27.
