The third item on the Order Paper is the first reading of the State Sector and Public Finance Reform Bill.

MPs will debate this after Question Time, the General Debate and if they complete the interrupted committee stage of the Advanced Technology Institute Bill and first reading of the Financial Reporting Bill.
