A petition on longfin eel and a number of select committee reports were tabled when Parliament resumed at 2pm today
The petition of Stephanie Bowman was presented asking that the House urgently legislate to place a moratorium on commercial fishing of longfin eel until it can be clearly shown that such fishing is sustainable, and note that 4,417 people have signed a petition supporting this request, and a further 2,349 have signed a petition online supporting this request.
