Submissions on proposed changes to spy laws - the Government Communications Security Bureau and Related Legislation Amendment Bill include one from Kim Dotcom.

Former Green MP Keith Locke and Tech Liberty Spokesman Thomas Beagle also make submissions.

The Local Government and Environment Committee receives a petition calling for the scrapping of plans for a road tunnel in Fiordland.
