Budget Legislation To Be Completed Next Week
The programme for Parliament’s last week has been mapped out by Acting Leader of the House Chris Finlayson.
Finlayson said the Government would give priority to a number of bills including the Appropriation (2014/15 Estimates) Bill and Veterans' Support Bill. There would be more valedictories on Wednesday.
The House would sit on Thursday morning to deal with a number of non-controversial bills and the debate on the Standing Orders Review.
The Ministry of Justice Statement of Intent was tabled.
