The Government will give priority to welfare and immigration bills next week.
Leader of the House Gerry Brownlee said when the House sat next Tuesday the Government would seek to progress the Social Security Amendment Bill (No 3) and the Immigration Amendment Bill (No 2) and other bills. Wednesday would be a Members Day.
A petition was presented asking the House to repeal the Minimum Wage (Starting-out Wage) Amendment Act.
