State Sector Reform A Priority

The Government wants to make progress on state sector reform following next week’s recess, MPs were told today.

Leader of the House Gerry Brownlee said in the business statement the Government would give priority to the State Sector and Public Finance Reform Bill, the Appropriation (2012/13 Supplementary Estimates) Bill and a number of second readings when the House resumed.

A select committee report was presented on the International treaty examination of the Protocol to the 2007 World Wine Trade Group agreement on requirements for wine labelling: Concerning alcohol tolerance, vintage, variety, and wine regions, Brussels, 22 March 2013 by the Foreign Affairs, Defence and Trade Committee


The Employment Relations (Continuity of Labour) Amendment Bill in the name of Jami-Lee Ross was introduced.
