Gang Patch Ban In Govt Buildings To Be Debated

A bill banning gang patches in Government buildings, including schools will be debated in Parliament this afternoon.

After Question Time and the General Debate, MPs will debate members’ bills with the interrupted committee stage of the Prohibition of Gang Insignia in Government Premises Bill due to be first up.

This will be followed by the second reading of the Gambling (Gambling Harm Reduction) Amendment Bill, which was heavily amended in select committee and the first reading of the Employment Relations (Statutory Minimum Redundancy Entitlements) Amendment Bill.

The delayed by leave Education (Breakfast and Lunch Programmes in Schools) Amendment Bill was due to be pushed back up the Order Paper today, but by leave was delayed again.
