Grinding Through The Convention Centre Deal
MPs will spend most of today grinding their way through a bill bringing into effect the deal with SkyCity to build a convention centre in exchange for an expansion of its gambling activities.
After Question Time and the General Debate, MPs will debate the committee stage of the New Zealand International Convention Centre Bill. This will be followed by the committee stage of the Health and Safety (Pike River Implementation) Bill.
