Nurses' union members have rejected the health boards' latest offer and the parties will seek urgent mediation. Peters and Clark defended both the governments commitment to building wages for public servants and the quality of this pay offer. Clark also said DHBs were preparing to maintain life preverving services in the face of possible strike action.
