Tamihere's Secret Revealed On Scoop

A symbol of a new beginning? Well that’s the way John Tamihere, his wife, and family are viewing General Election day tomorrow.

But there is more to it than politics.

Scoop can now reveal a well kept secret. John Tamihere’s wife is due to have a baby on November 27.

And of course, as Scoop readers, you will know that John Tamihere is expected to win the Hauraki seat in tomorrow’s election to become a first term Member of Parliament.

The Tamiheres are hoping that their new baby will be born tonight. And Scoop sources say signs show this looks likely.
