TEENAGE THUGGERY: The lead story of the Dominion reports that teenage thuggery has reached such a level that there are fears that without urgent attention generation of violent criminals will be created.

-CHINA’S FAITH: The Dominion’s editorial criticises China’s control of “acceptable” religions in view of the Karmapa Lama’s escape from Tibet to the Dalai Lama's exiled home in India.
