GANG INTIMIDATION: The Dominion leads today with a report that Justice Minister Phil Goff wants a full report on the gang killing of a Tongan man in Gisborne, after court documents revealed witnesses were too frightened of the Mongrel Mob to testify.

KUPE STATUE: The front-page photo shows a statue of Kupe being prepared for installation on Wellington's waterfront.
