TOBACCO SUIT: British American Tobacco says that it pays around $1 billion a year in tax and that any legal action against the companies would be unlikely to succeed.
SOLOMON ISLANDS: The Foreign Minister Phil Goff has been urging the leaders if the two islands of the Solomon Islands to encourage their peoples to be more tolerant of each other.
FIJI BOOK: Former Fijian Governor General Ratu Sir Kamiseses Mara is trying to stop the publication of a book by General Sitiveni Rambuka the leader of Coup that claims he knew about the coup plans in advance.
