Homicide investigation - Kataia, Northland
Kaitaia Police are investigating the
death of a 29-year-old local man.
He was presented at the
Kaitaia Hospital at about 10.30PM yesterday and died a short
time later from his injuries.
Police are investigating a
dispute which occurred in the Fairburn area prior to
this.
A 50-year-old man has been arrested in relation to
that dispute.
A further update may be available at the
end of the
inquiries.
