Ten Reasons Why Don Brash Needs ACT
ACT New Zealand
Finance Spokesman Rodney Hide today said that he was very
disappointed that his Bill to allow shops to trade on Easter
Sunday was narrowly defeated.
"My Bill has been
bouncing around Parliament for five years but tonight was
killed off by 60 votes to 58.
"Ten National MPs voted
against businesses themselves deciding whether or not to
open on Easter Sunday.
"That's ten reasons why Don
Brash needs ACT in government," Mr Hide said.
