Sowry thanked for outstanding contribution
National Party
Leader Don Brash is moving to thank Roger Sowry for his
"outstanding contribution" over the past 15 years.
Roger
Sowry today announced he would be retiring from politics at
the next General Election to move on to new challenges. "I
respect Roger's decision to make a career change and wish to
thank him for his outstanding contribution to the National
Party, to politics and to New Zealand.
"He has a great
depth of experience at all levels of Government and I wish
him well in all his future endeavours," says Dr
Brash.

Yet now with (a) President Barack Obama weighing in on the side of artistic freedom and calling for the US to make a ‘proportionate response’quickly followed by (b) North Korea’s entire Internet service going down, and with both these events being followed by (c) Sony deciding to backtrack and release The Interview film that had made it a target for the dastardly North Koreans in the first place, then ay caramba…the whole world will now be watching how this affair pans out.
