Survey shows growth momentum
continues
“This month’s National Bank Business
Outlook shows our economy is continuing its growth momentum,
“ Acting Finance Minister Trevor Mallard said today.
The
survey’s activity measure – which asks about a business’ own
outlook - found 40 percent expected their own business
activity to improve over the coming year.
The survey
states this measure has been a very reliable indicator of
the state of the business cycle.
Trevor Mallard welcomed
the findings of this latest survey. “It is a clear
indication that the growth we are experiencing now will
continue well into next year.”
