Dunne offers Anderton support on
tax cut
United Future leader, Peter Dunne, has welcomed
Economic Development Minister Jim Anderton’s call for a cut
in corporate tax.
“When Mr Anderton brings in his Member’s
Bill to cut corporate tax from 33% to 30%, United Future
will enthusiastically support it.
“Now that Mr Anderton
has seen the light in regard to taxes on business, we look
forward to his help in persuading Finance Minister Dr Cullen
to ease the burden on working families by bringing in other
tax measures, such as family income splitting,” said Mr
Dunne.
