Prime Minister Helen Clark is wrong to claim ACT support for her diversionary "stock take of constitutional arrangements", ACT New Zealand Justice Spokesman Stephen Franks said today.

"We have confirmed that we will do our duty as Parliamentarians and participate in a Parliamentary committee, but that is as a matter of duty not support," Mr Franks said.
