Carter to consider High Court judgment on marina


Conservation Minister Chris Carter said today he would consider the judgment of the High Court on the Whangamata Marina issue in detail before commenting publicly.

"I need to look carefully at what Justice Fogarty has had to say on the matter. I have not yet had that opportunity."
