National getting ready for 2008

National Party Electorate chairs from all over New Zealand are meeting in Wellington this weekend to discuss readiness for next year's election.

Party President Judy Kirk said that it was important at this time in the electoral cycle to ensure the organisation was prepared on the ground.

National Party Leader John Key will be addressing the chairs on Saturday morning.

Judy Kirk said that including the Party’s strong organisational wing in the planning process was key to National’s success at the next election.
