1. Hon BILL ENGLISH to the Minister of Finance: Has he discussed his forthcoming Budget with the Reserve Bank; if not, why not?
2. MARTIN GALLAGHER to the Minister of Broadcasting: What progress has been made with making digital television available in New Zealand?

KATHERINE RICH to the Minister of Education: Does he stand by the statement made on his behalf by the Associate Minister of Education yesterday, in relation to 20 free hours, that “Ninety-two thousand 3 and 4-year-olds will benefit from this”; if so, when will these 92,000 children actually receive 20 free hours?
4. SUE KEDGLEY to the Minister of Health: Does he agree that all ambulances responding to emergencies should operate with a minimum of two qualified crew as required by the New Zealand Standard for ambulance services; if not, why not?
