1. CRAIG FOSS to the Minister of Finance: How is the Government helping households and businesses affected by the Canterbury earthquake?

2. Hon ANNETTE KING to the Prime Minister: Does he stand by his statements that after the Government’s tax changes, including the increase to GST, “the vast bulk of New Zealanders will be better off” and “If the Government cannot achieve that, we would not increase GST”?

3. DAVID GARRETT to the Attorney-General: Where in the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Bill is it guaranteed that access to beaches held under customary title will be free?

4. Hon DAVID CUNLIFFE to the Minister of Finance: Did the Government minimise the cost to the taxpayer of the bail-out of South Canterbury Finance; if so, how?
