The Smoke-free Environments (Controls and Enforcement) Amendment Bill was sent to the Health Committee for consideration by 108 to 3 with the ACT party splitting its vote.
The House rose at midnight interrupting the second reading debate of the Customs and Excise (Joint Border Management Information Sharing and Other Matters) Amendment Bill.
