MPs Agree To Pass Earthquake Commemoration Day Bill

Following Question Time MPs agreed by leave to introduce and pass through all stages the Canterbury Earthquake Commemoration Day Bill.

The bill creates a public holiday in the Canterbury province on March 18 to mark the recent earthquake.
