When Parliament resumes at 2pm, MPs are due to conduct Question Time and then the Finance Minister Bill will move the first reading of the Appropriation (2010/11 Supplementary Estimates) Bill. There is no debate on this.

Parliament will then turn to the second reading of the Telecommunications (TSO, Broadband, and Other Matters) Amendment Bill, which will be followed by the set piece three hour debate on the performance and current operations of Crown entities, public organisations, and State enterprises.
