Curran confirmed as Dunedin South Labour candidate

Dunedin South Labour MP Clare Curran was today confirmed as the Labour candidate for Dunedin South.

At a meeting attended by 50 party members and volunteers Clare pledged her commitment to Labour values:

“A decent home, a decent job, opportunities for our kids. No-one being left to fall through the cracks. A place where we can hold our heads high in the world. Where we look after our environment because we must,” she said.

Clare Curran said the campaign would focus on winning back the party vote in Dunedin South, and make a strong contribution for a Labour win on 20 September.
