Greens attack Trump, end up sounding just like him

James Shaw’s comment that Donald Trump is “the most dangerous person since Adolf Hitler” begs the question of just what planet the Greens are living on, says ACT Leader David Seymour.

“This is the type of hyperbole you’d expect from Trump himself. With lines like this, the Greens might just be New Zealand’s most Trump-esque party.

“It’s an insult to the millions of victims of the Holocaust and World War II. Barring any evidence of such crimes from Donald Trump, the Greens should remember that the US (and indeed Mr Trump) is our ally.

“If the Greens can’t resist comparing our most influential ally to the most notorious regime in history, then they’re not fit for Government. Andrew Little should be sweating.”
