When Parliament resumed at 2pm a petition was presented from Ruth Dyson and 2,990 others, requesting that the House of Representatives prevent the impending closure of the Inpatient and Rest Home sector of O'Taihaoe Health.

The report of the delegation to the 123rd Inter-parliamentary Union Assembly in Geneva and the bilateral visit to Italy.

The Auditor General’s reports on Central Government Audits 2010 (vol 1) and Matters Arising from Auckland Council’s Planning Document.
