ACT candidate Kathryn Asare says the ACT party will not be withdrawing from Ohariu-Belmont.
"I have made it clear that ACT is campaigning for the party vote," Mrs Asare said.
"The Labour candidate is a militant trade unionist, National is not standing, and ACT only wants the party vote - so Peter Dunne should receive a record majority in the constituency vote."
