Wednesday, 15 September 1999, 4:56 pm Press Release: ACT New Zealand
ACT Leader and Wellington Central MP Hon Richard Prebble
today said that if Mr Daniel Newman of Manurewa had done
any homework at all before putting out a personal attack on
behalf of Marion Hobbs he would have known the answer to his
own question.
"Page 125 of the Wellington Central
electoral roll shows in black and white both myself and
my wife are recorded on the roll at our address 43 Tinakori
Road.
"I would have thought that even someone from the
Labour Party would realise that an entry saying 'Prebble,
Richard William 43 Tinakori Road MP' was more than likely to
be me," said Hon Richard
Prebble.
