Press Release: ACT New Zealand
|
Thursday 30th Sep 1999
ACT Leader Richard Prebble
today welcomed the portability of superannuation to the
Pacific Islands, but questioned why it was limited to the
Pacific Islands only.
"Why can't other New Zealanders
take their superannuation elsewhere in the world?" Mr
Prebble asked.
"We now appear to have a super scheme
based on race rather than need. Surely we should have one
super scheme for
everyone."
