Press Release: ACT New Zealand

The minority coalition Government's programme as
outlined in the speech from the Throne is a huge step
backwards, says ACT Leader Richard Prebble
"The
Government's programme is a series of compromises with
gestures to the Greens, the Alliance and the Government's
dependence on Maori MPs," Mr Prebble said.
"The programme
itself has no vision. One can safely predict that
this coalition will not create a country that young New
Zealanders will want to return to."
